Just a Glimpse

I thought I would give you just a glimpse of what I do in the office. This following pictures are of a mailing to the churches. This mailing only goes out to 185. It included a letter, registration information, Counselor Training information, bulletin insert, Father & Son brochure, Deaf Camp brochure and Senior Retreat brochure. I design these brochures and print them in the office. I had a couple of the camp kids and Lynnae come help me fold since there were over 1,000. (Thank you!)
Here it is all organized and ready to start collating.
Do you like my rubber finger? It makes my finger sweat after awhile, but makes collating much easier.

Here it is all ready to go to the Post Office. They love us at the Post Office - we spend lots and lots of money there.

You are a really hard worker! I feel terrible that for all that you only had a few people to help. I wish I was closer b/c I would help. I'm a super good collater - even though I don't have a snazzy rubber finger ;-)

Yay - thanks for sharing! I just did a similar mailing last week- I need a rubber finger, too! :)

I'm glad your post office loves you - we got a new postmaster (the old one was AMAZING!) & he got offended b/c one time recently I brought in a mailing, Zachary fell down & SCREAMED for about 10 minutes, and I think it drove the guy nuts. The next time we went in, he observed that Zachary looked much happier. I was like, "um, yeah, last time he FELL DOWN." Sorry to disturb your post office!!

Anyway, do you have a bulk mailing permit? We do & it saves a TON of money. :)

That sounds like fun - at least the designing brochures part! I enjoy stuffing envelopes but it can get tedious! Glad you had some help!

You are one busy gal, Erin! Keep up the great work.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that my surgery is tomorrow. I'll be writing a little something later on my blog today after my pre-operation appointment this afternoon. Please pray that I'll be more at peace and that no complications/infections will happen. We're also praying that it will be laproscopic, which will result in faster healing. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your prayers. Have a great day!
